Review Of Desi thath hotel

Blanket is very wrist condition and room and toilet in very very bad condition i was face so big problem to take a small sleep

Booked 2 rooms for 2 days in this terrible hotel. Each room has some or the other problem. Flush doesn't work, jet spray is broken, water running down the tap is too slow, tv not working etc. These basic facilities are not present in the rooms. When asked about these things the incharge doesn't even respond properly. He literally said "what can i do now" the hotel doesn't provide locks to the rooms, in fact many rooms don't have a lock. Bathrooms don't have a lock. The incharge started shifting our luggage from one room to the other even though we had a booking for the next day. I had spoken to him if we could keep our luggage in the counter for a few hours after checkout on day 2. But the incharge allotted the room to others during my booking window. Totally i am giving 1 rating because it's the lowest of the rating provided. I would wish to give rating in -ve because this hotel thoroughly deserves it

I had booked this hotel through makemytrip and had paid for this in advance. Just a few days before the travel, the hotel called me that they will cancel my booking unless i pay them and extra 4. 5k as the rates are more than the quoted price. Very unprofessional from the hotel side. The good part is that makemytrip helped to book in an alternate hotel seamlessly without asking for any additional amount.

Good behaviour and well cleaned location is may be changed but no any issue facing hotel staff pick up to me from google location
