Not worth the price pai
I recently stayed in the suite room at Cygnett Hotel, Ayodhya, and while the room was quite spacious with impressive interiors, the overall experience was underwhelming given the price point. The positives first: the interiors are thoughtfully done, and the massage chair in the room was definitely a great add-on. The suite also has two TVs and a large hall area, which could have been a big plus if the layout was better planned. However, the room is not well maintained. The drawer was broken, and the Jacuzzi tap wasn’t working, which was disappointing. Another major drawback is the absence of a mirror in the bedroom area — there are two mirrors in the washroom, but for women, a dressing mirror or dedicated space in the room is a basic requirement, especially for makeup. The two TVs placed in the hall and bedroom also don’t add much value unless the spaces are separated. In short, despite the good interiors, the broken fittings, lack of practical amenities, and poor maintenance make the suite not worth the price being charged.

I stayed at this hotel recently and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing for a property that claims to be 4-star. One of the most inconvenient aspects was the geyser system. The hotel switches off the central geyser, so if you return in the evening and wish to bathe, you have to call and request them to switch it on. Until then, the water is cold. This is not something expected from a 4-star category hotel. Regarding the rooms: On the first night, I stayed in the Club Room, which had no window at all. Staying in a room without any natural light was extremely suffocating. The next night I moved to their only Suite, which does have better interiors, but again maintenance is poor. The furniture is not in good condition — for example, a drawer was broken and wouldn’t stay closed. Even in the suite, I faced the same issue with the geyser and cold water. On the positive side, the restaurant interiors are good and the food was decent. But overall, the rooms need a lot of attention and better upkeep. In my view, this property should be rated more like a 3-star hotel rather than 4-star. It is livable, but not worth the premium pricing. I would only recommend staying here if you get a room between ₹3500–₹4000, not beyond that.

Hotel is good due to its location near Airport. Welcome by the staff on arrival was all good. Breakfast is good. Hotel area is small but well planned. A bit costly hotel. Not worth at such higher cost.

We visited this property recently with our father, mother and kids and we enjoyed every type of food here. It was delicious, fresh and the staff was really polite. The location is near the airport and the convenience is easily available outside of the hotel.

Overall nice experience
Overall nice stay. Although this hotel is 6-7 km away from Ram Mandir but it is nearby to airport. It has all the facilities like 24-7 room-in service. Breakfast was served. It has 4ft small pool area as well.

The property was close to the airport, 10 mins drive. The food was very good ,only Veg food is available in the property. The room was very neat and clean and spacious. The restaurant sky lounge was good with open space to sit and enjoy your dinner. All the staff were polite and very helpful.

everything was mess , current was going every two min... lift was getting off every now and then .. the quality of food was terrible
