Review Of Cozzet Mahad

We were traveling to/from Goa and didn’t want to drive do 12-14 hours. So while searching for night stop over found this place. A nice and cozy place, not much detour from highway. Regular rooms are small though well furnished . Suits are impressive. Service is courteous and food is good. What else one wants on stopover/

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the breakfast service. Despite the pleasant ambiance and clean dining area, the staff appeared inattentive and unorganized. Several items on the buffet were either missing or not replenished in time, and the food that was available lacked freshness and flavor. We had to wait a long time for basic things like cutlery and coffee, and no one seemed interested in addressing guest concerns. For a hotel of this standard, I expected better service. Breakfast is a key part of any stay, and sadly, this one missed the mark.

Being a brand new hotel the rooms were good. It is hoped that this level is maintained. The staff are doing their very best to attend to the guests. There were however a few issues - no hot water was available in the shower even after allowing the water to flow for more than 10 min both in the evening and the next morning. There was no stirrer to mix coffee or tea in the tray

Hotel room is excellent. Every required things like dryer, kettle, shaving mirror, dental kit etc are available. More professional and trained staff is required especially in restaurant. Sufficient parking is available.

The room was good and well maintained. Food was tasty and well served. However housekeeping service was not up to the mark. The food plates were not collected and left in hotel passage overnight. This cannot be expected from a hotel in a place like Mahad. did not help me change my booking request.
