Breakfast
The package was included breakfast, but at hotel they denied for same. Claning was very poor. I was booked for milan, but they send me at other properties, it was very difficult

The place was totally unhygienic. No room service and no one was there to help you with housekeeping. Really a bad place to stay.

Amenities not available as shown, breakfast not available. Bathroom quality is poor like staff are using it regularly and urinal smell coming from bathroom. Also cleaning was not proper. Bedsheet and pillow quality was poor. Renovation work is going so continuous noise is coming.

Do not choose this
This is a pathetic place to stay, the rooms not clean, they didn't even provide water when asked, i would suggest do not come here. It was raining when we came and the water was dripping from the ceiling in the corridor.

Worst stay ever
Booked wifi and ac room. Wifi password never shared by the owner even after asked for 100 times and ac remote not working. Asked them to change but they didn't. Bedsheet wasn't clean and washroom was unhygienic and not clean at all. Staff behaviour was very rude

The location is easy to find, but surrounding lacks neatness. The rooms require lot more cleanliness specially the washrooms. The food is a concern. Should be the last priority for stay with family.

This hotel needs to work a lot in terms of cleanliness. The room and the washroom are full of webs. Needed to push the staff to clean those but that was only a mock.
Washroom, whb and the commode were filthy. Linen also not up to the mark. Toiletries towel were handed only on reminding them. Not at all recommended for stay. Hygienic conditions are bad.

Average Stay
Room was not clean and also tv was not working. We asked manager he clearly said that tv is not working if possible will shift you in the another room. Food facilities were missing

It was my hospital need.
I was there in hotel because it is opposite to my hospital where my mother was admitted. Other wise no breakfast provided as kitchen was closed and there were many issue due to staff unavailability. No cleaning of room. Bathroom was in bad condition. Bed was broken. It just my purpose was resolved staying near hospital otherwise i will never stay for luxury purpose
