Chef is not in hotel for prepared food

Restaurant is not running as there is no sheaf/food maker last time same thing. So, please remove the tag restaurant. And a. C is noisy and only hot water coming after complain to change the room similar reply that the is no room vacant.

I have complained about hotel room AC not working for 2 days to hotel management and MakeMyTrip both but none of you solved my problem.

During check in they just handover the room key and no any hotel staff will come with you to room to ensure everything is OK in room. They have provided drinking water in used packed water bottles. For water, once in called to hotel restaurant he replied call to reception then called to reception he replied restaurant person will provide water. I have waited 30 minutes only for drinking water, then I went down on ground floor to bring water from water can. Once I have ordered food from restaurant, I have called to restaurant for salt and they took 30 min to provide salt after many reminders. For morning breakfast we have directly went to restaurant, restaurant person is asked to bring coupon from hotel reception and that time nobody was available on reception. In Toiletry kit, They are only provided a Soap. Once I ordered food from restaurant and they forget and after long waiting I have found that they forget and Restaurant is closed.I have stayed 2 to 3 times in same hotel, and every time they frustrated me with bad service.
Room was OK but they should use room fresher. They are not providing drinking water in room, you need to go down to bring water from water can. Room service is not good.

Hotel is located at main location of the town, but staff need to improve professionalism and etiquette.
