Terrible Stay

Room was smelling There was no receptionist available who can support for drinking water I tried multiple calls till 08 AM no one was picking any call not reception neither restaurant. There was no breakfast, I have paid money for breakfast.

Worst experience ever. No one stays at reception ever, breakfast is not served even though money is charged. Nobody picks the call for room service and no amenities provided in room

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the experience. The air conditioning in my room was not working at night, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep, especially in this hot weather. I expected better maintenance and service for the price I paid. Despite informing the staff, there was no timely resolution, and I had to go through a sleepless night. Basic comfort like a working AC should be a priority for any hotel. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures such issues are fixed promptly in the future.
