Not super clean. The pillows were also dirty and had to be changed. Not a good experience, especially for the price.

Door lock card was non functional. Had to use key everytime to operate. Washbasin tap was loose set top box was not available in the room at the time of checkin. Had to request one and was them provided which should have been provided by default.

No facilities, amenities are very poor. No proper service. Food ok, but no varieties. Very few in the menu given are available.

Poor experience in terms of service - there were not enough staff and and not seeming food in breakfast buffet in restaurant

Hotel is good. But the room which i got 2004 has no bathroom fitting like soap holder, etcc. The bathroom was bit dirty, not cleaned well. No tv channels. Renovation work was going on too much noise.

Rooms are stinking there is no hot water floor cleaning training should be given to the employee required hygienic presently not there.

Rooms are fine but service is terrible food is also tasteless zero out of 10 for service 2 out of 10 for food and 7 out of 10 for rooms carry your own food if you wish to travel here beacuse you are not going to get a better service from the staff so its not worth staying here if you want good food and good service go for another options but dont stay in hotel smart park in

Good corporate style rooms with all amenities. Check-in checkout was smooth. Good to stay for launch events. Decent food options with buffet breakfast as well.

+ nice suite room. Modern facilities + router in the room + bathroom functional. + breakfast is good although buffet is limited. - certain furniture in restaurant broken ( sharp edges. Indicates lack of care. - access from the highway is odd due to the truck bay. - surroundings are not clean. - parking is limited ~10 cars )

Hotel is good but there are noone to take the luggage. No security or service boys. Food is good.

The hotel has given only one contact number and the employee who has the cellphone just simply kept it switched off as he was on leave. They must keep a phone permanently at hotel reception or have a landline installed at the premises.

Excellent and service is veer good

The room very good but we had to check out at 6am. And we had to bring down our luggage ourselves. No boy available at that time. Food was good.

Food was good, location is not accessible for ola and uber, wifi was not working, only one electricity board charging point was working, someone else's used soap and used shampoo was still there in the bathroom.

The stay was bad. The parking is insufficient. The room does not give an aesthetic look. Shower water is leaking. Soap and other hygiene kits are insufficient. Though we had asked for a single king size bed, 2 single beds were provided. No thanks

Large trucks get parked in front of hotel obstruction to entrance. A small property may be new. Does not have small fridge in suite room, too expensive for the features provided. Food options was very less taste was ok

Rooms were hygiene with good hospitality. Breakfast could have been better for the cost charged

Stayed with family as transit accommodation while driving for more than 3000km. Its really good decent accommodation and yes. Food is great.

Location is very remote otherwise the facilities and services are fine.
