Nice property
Location was easy to good. Caretaker was helpful. Facilities should be more improved. Cleanliness was good and rooms were comfortable. Property can be recommended.

Pathetic experience and service from management
They are not providing a single less amount wala soap if you already got the discount from MMT in rent. Very useless manager rude behavior observed while chatting with her. Only good things that care taker is so polite. Lady manager should learn something about customer service and business etiquette from him.

Comfortable stay
This was a comfortable business trip for me. Property location was easy to found. The ambiance was peaceful and calm. Staffs were really helpful and polite. Room was decent but cleanliness should be improved.

It was a good stay
Nice place to stay, the room was good enough, there was a caretaker at the property, food facility was available, but we must let them know I prior if we are going to have breakfast or dinner, lunch is not available. Rest all the things meet the expectations.

Will talk to the staff personally to evaluate the gaps and assure you that you would not face these issues in your next visit. Your stay was for 3 nights and we have provided to you 6 sets of toiletries and have also provided extra shampoos whenever needed during your stay. Please let us know if they were insufficient for you. As spoken to you during your stay, bed sheets are changed on alternate days or earlier if soiled. Basis your request we even got it changed. Location and food
Location is in sea woods, 10 minutes from the Grand central mall the biggest in Navi Mumbai, 10 minutes to the sea woods station, one minute is the Palm Beach road, 15 minutes Nerul station, 15 minutes Belabor station. It's a very good society of Akshar. So it's a prime location well known in sea woods. Food, my parents were happy and no complaints along with basic service.
My parents stayed in the hotel and they were satisfied with service and found it good. They didn't complain anything and were happy. However a few things to be shared for improvement, the hotel needs to improve it's communication better as the contact not provided we're not working so my parents could not enter into society when they arrived and they have not provided flat no. This made life worse for them. There was a complaint that some packets were lying in the room of the earlier people and were not cleaned. If claponi needs to improvise itself it has to look into these areas. Though I don't crib on this and blame the care taker, he has to take care as these could have also been an error. However my parents were happy with the breakfast he made and the way he took care support during the stay. So I will make a booking again though such errors happen.
