I wish to speak to make my trip team regarding the terrible experience i had at chamba nest. On the day of my checkout which was supposed to be at (10:30am, the caretaker vinod started banging at my door at 10 15 while i was changing clothes inside just about to leave, screaming and asking me to get out. He continued to scream and told me to go do whatever i want and complaint wherever i want and dumped my luggage near my car screaming all the while. I was on the road by 10:45am so rest assured i was not late. In a remote place like chamba, what would i have done had he gotten violent or called the village people to create further issues? i've never felt this unsafe in the mountains before and the locals have always gone out of their way to make sure we are comfortable and safe. This was a terrible experience and needs to be called out to make sure nobody else gets stuck like this. I also wish to get a refund on this booking because i did not pay to feel unsafe and put myself in danger.

Hello Khushi, first we regret for the inconvenience caused during check out. As we are a homestay where we have limited rooms, Its important for us to get the rooms ready for the next guests on time. Since check out timing was clearly mentioned at 1030 am, we expect our guests to leave the room by then. Regarding the safety, you guys stayed there for 2 nights and I'm sure you must have felt safe for those 2 nights. So it was just a matter of checking out late and nothing else. Regarding the refund, we would have given you 100% if you would have mentioned about safety during your stay and not after your check out.
