comfortable stay, location is just adjacent to market, all rooms are valley mountain facing, pricing is economical and totally worth Their Food is amazing best you can get anywhere in market

The location is good. The view from balcony is good. Parking available. Food was very reasonably priced. Only drawback no elevator. Faced a little problem with water in the washroom, so time got wasted.

Property is quite large. Staff behavior and cleanliness, quick services r couple of the key points to highlight. You can get a good view of Chamba market/city from here. Price are definitely little high.

Rooms and food both are overly priced . Almirah provided was dirty and smelling . Room Size was very small . Not at all worth the price they are charging for food and stay. Only positive thing is location of this hotel which is near to market and have good scenic view as well

V.poor. kook is not good. Time taking. Sevice is slow. One attendent was infected by crona type or sevior influanja. He should not there. He should on leave

Stay was very good. Hotel is on road and the view from hotel is eye pleasing. Delux room was very big and clean.

The rooms cleanliness is average and no lift food is very costly. It's a very old property and not maintained

It was nice staying in Gautam residency. The room was in good condition as per the price. hotel was very spacious to roam around. staff behaviour was good. just food price was over priced.

The hotel did not co-operate with an alternate room at a lower floor and insisted on checking-in on the terrace room. The room being an economy room was missing basic facilities than other economy rooms, for example a tv. The rooms were different from the images shown while booking and differed with the facilities mentioned.

Hotel is cozy qnd very humble, lacks pro activeness like 3 and 5 stars but its good for budget stay, tea comes after 0830am while all was ok

Very comfortable stay at Gautam residency. extremely peaceful and calm atmosphere. Very cooperative staff and room service, wonderful location, well furnished and spacious room. Overall, an excellent stay.

Location was good, room was fine but service was poor. No stool or table in the room and when we asked for a stool the person refused. When asked for extra glasses then also he refused.

I took the economy room which met my needs well. It was neat, clean and has a nice view from the balcony.

Good food and ambience, parking facility was available, good terrace and view. Space in rooms is limited and okay for 2 only.
