very poor and unhygienic stay I don't how maketrip allow these to list

I had a great stay! The location was convenient and easy to reach, the property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was polite and helpful. The food was also tasty and hygienic. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

The service apartment was allotted in the most unhygienic condition. The entire space was dirty, full of dirt and filth. The linen was dirty with stains and pillows without covers. The bathroom was dirty with a terrible smell, racks full of dirt and items left from the previous occupant. The kitchen space was stinking, the basin tap was broken and utensils in the most filthy condition. The housekeeping was pathetic. It took them 2 days to procure AC remote till then was shivered in 19 degC. There was no control of surrounding rooms as people were drinking, dancing, shouting at full volume the entire night. Overall a horrible experience.

This is my worst experience. After checking in the room . The room was not clean, used utensils were there in the basin. Coke and lighter spread in the room. Used blanket and bed sheets were there. There was not a glass to drink water. This was a very bad experience for me. Though check-in process was so smooth & its self check-in which is time efficient.

no food available. you need to rely on blinkit and zomato. lift wasn't available to 14th floor. no balcony available. smokers may find it difficult with non smokers. cooking facility available .

Experience was good. The staff was cooperative and the room was clean.

We suffer from the unhygienic rooms .Even daily disturbance of the cleaning as well as communication.hot water main issue in this appartment.also mosquito concern and daily towels and bedsheets are unhygienic .
