First of all location in google map and location sent after booking both are taking me to different place. Second, though i booked 2 rooms and recieved payment receipt & confirmation for the same but still the hotel incharge person denied to accept the booking and didn't allow me to check-in. I had to have multiple calls with customer care and in the end i was asked to pay additional amount by the hotel management and i had to pay 500- each room as i don't have other options in the midnight with kids and all. Even after paying extra money he gave us non-ac room but we booked ac room. (hotel management rudely says if you want you can take it or else you can leave) no geyser available in both the rooms room is not cleaned properly and especially bathrooms are worst.
