The property is located at 10 km before Chakrata and the overall location is ok. The property is located on the main road but there is no view from the hotel and rooms which makes it below average. The food from the hotel restaurant is below average though the charges are at par with any 3-4 star hotel. the biggest issue is cleanliness. Rooms and specially bathroom/ toilet are not as one can expect. Overall below average stay.

Hotel is good and location is far from main chakrata that, s very peacefull, food quality is very good but the service is very poor. They are not professional. If you are eating in restaurant and you want, s something. You have to step out and search them to please give this. Manager behaviour is good and friendly.

Went on a family holiday in the off season. Winter. January of 2024. The resort is a quaint location 10 km short of chakrata and one of the few there at present. Rampant construction in the area points of chakrata no longer being a hidden getaway. The location and views are awesome, and so was the weather. The price on mm t is steeeeeeepp. And the manager told me that i could get a room at 40%of the mm t rates if i called him directly next time. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, although the staff has to up their gam wase so far as customer service and hospitality goes. No tea bags and kettles in the room, no toiletries. Food takes an hour plus to arrive post ordering. They have managed with the tin a factor so far. The resort itself is nice and two days are enough to cover the sights in that area.

Service staff is too delayed, not interested at all. Overpriced rooms with little aminities. Location is far from main city area, no public transport. Overall the experience was too bad for us. They charge 400/person for breakfast. Food is expensive.

Amazing stay! what a staff. They will go to any extent to serve you the best of their facility. Host and the staff all are awesome people and the food is die for. Will definitely be back.

Nice food with a proper restaurant and good non vegetarian. Responsive staff. Rooms are big to accommodate family of 4. Rooms need some repair and maintenance

Very bad experience

Proper t is located at main road so easy to navigate. Property looks from out side is really good. Room sizes are spacious and can accommodate 2 adult and 1 child easily. But at the same time canteen hygiene need to be improved. Cutlery need change ( specially cups and kettles )

I have visited chakrata in march with family, we stayed in hotel bur-ans & restaurant. Nice property, ample car parking, amazing location and tempting food in middle of the deodar woods. Thanks to mr sunil tomar for suggesting us many nice touristic spots around chakrata.

Full marks for location, staff behavior and hospitality but few points which i don't like was tv was only show piece, blanket was not properly clean, toilet was not properly clean and food quality could be better.

It was very bad stay breakfast was very bad no buffet, location was poor, staff behavior was average, hotel services was very poor, no facilities at all. Kitchen was very unclean and the tea kettle was very unhygienic, no geyser. Overall it was a terrible experience. I will not suggest to others.

The worst hotel location with no proper food facility and blankets given were in pathetic condition.

Our stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience. The care taker catered to our needs by providing us the best service possible.
