Review Of BRITALINA Beach House

on 19 oct while waiting for boarding from Chandigarh airport, I called up britilina resort that we are reaching by 7.00 pm . they told me that resort is closed. neither make my trip nor Britilina people inform me about closing. I was traveling with my 10 family members including my mother age 80 years and my sister, a cancer patient and her mother in law 75 years old. I called up your office. and complain about it. a person from britilina gave me other resort address. which was at 3rd floor. no cleaning, no drinking water available. I called your office thrice yesterday but no response really piss off why I booked. I request to kindly look into the matter and revert

if you are looking for budget stay near baga amd calangute, this is the best option for budget stay, ac and hot water also available. bed is too comfortable.

As MMT shows this is 2 bedroom hall room and as an actual this is very very small room. No hot water for bath no landline phone to contact reception no chair to sit and too much of bad smell from bed sheet and sleeping material ... extremely bad experience

there is no staff boy there is no facility if we call to tha staff thay said tha will not bring anything to your room and also no dilavry partner are allowed to come to tha hotel it was a very very bad experience ever thay said they'll give beach facing room tere is nothing

The moment I entered the room, I regretted booking this place. The bedsheets were visibly stained, the curtains were dirty and smelled musty, and there were blood and beetle stains on the walls. The room hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like weeks. Dust was everywhere, and the fan was covered in grime. There was no cupboard, no proper table, and absolutely nothing that made the room feel hospitable or even safe.
