Review Of BKR RESORTS

Our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. The rooms were not clean and we even found food waste scattered on the floor, apparently caused by monkeys entering through the window. The walls were damp and covered with fungus, both in the room and the washroom giving off a musty smell. There were no service staff available except for a well behaved manager who at least replaced the used pillows and bedsheets given to us. Basic amenities like bottled water, a toilet kit, and mosquito mats were not provided. The air conditioner hardly worked and the bathroom had such a foul odor that we avoided taking a bath. Overall, it was a horrible experience and we would not recommend this property to anyone.

booked rooms were not provided, rather we are forced to accept the rooms they offered to us due to the check in time @ late night arrival and no refunds.. rooms were not tidy and small cockroaches everywhere . bathrooms were not properly cleared and equipped, no toiletries were provided, restaurant was not functioning as mentioned in their profile.. no food as claimed that restaurant is under repair, location is OK, no facilities, only crocroaches ; altogether its a DISASTER..!!

The property is well located in between Five falls and Main Falls. Well Maintained and Good Hospitality

The property is near to five falls,so location is good But upon reaching we didn't get the rooms we booked, instead we were give a executive room where all of us have to share the room with one bathroom which had the worst smell possible and no water in the room.

Worst service — not worth the money. They didn’t even provide basic amenities like towels, bed sheets, bathing kits, or dental kits. Ever I seen like this service

welcoming place but amenities swimming access was not given ... powercut was major drawback 2days . location is awesome services was good stay behavior room allocation breeze was excellent food we can order it was gud 👍

I was booked AC room. But they gave non ac room Toilet accessories not available Only two fan We are very uncomfortable

The hotel rooms are good, especially hotel staff are very good and polite, they helped me lot include guide me some local places to visit, overall good..

there is no lift available If your room alloted to second floor or will be terrible. Toilet not cleaned , beda are too old and fold

The receptionist muthu was very helpful. I would give 5stars for him. Coming to the room, it is a good budget stay hotel vary spacious room and adequate bedding for 3 people. Wash room was maintenance could have been better. Heater wasn't working and light kept flickering.

Bkr resorts looking so good only in outerside, inside there is no lift available the elders are facing discomfort to climb over to 2nd floor, there is no restaurant available you go and buy food from tenkasi which is away 8 km no drinking water bottle provided heater not working t. V. Not functioning bed are too old and mostly damaged outside sitout chair are damaged we 4 people but they provided only 2 towels no brush and paste, soap provided.

Nice rooms. Very spacious. Very location. Only washroom was the issue but overall the room was fine.
