Review Of Big Mall Residency

The stay was good in all respect, the location was easily accessible and I've been there 2-3 times before. The staffs are approachable, and without any judgement. Would be better if they introduced hourly stay there. (I hope this review won't be shared in public, even if doing so, kindly mask my identity)

I went on an official trip. The stay lasted for only a few hours. Room is spacious and ventilated, bathroom is also spacious. Check in Check out process at Reception is quick and hassle free. The room rent for a Non AC room is on the higher side as there is no restaurant attached or complimentary meal. Even toiletries provided are minimal - just a soap and a lotion. No kettle, no jar, but they give you a bottle of water. With regard to location it is very close to Railway station(1km) and Bus Stand. There are mosquitos, but they provide you with mosquito repellents. it is on the higher floors of a micro mall. So you may buy various items there itself. There is ample parting facility. Safety - security wise it looks okay.

room have enf space but smelly not cleaned and maintained,bed is also not good.infact u can use mosquito killer on complimentary other wise u can't sleep.never booked again for sure

Dear MakeMyTrip Team, I recently booked a stay at Big Mall Residency and the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was infested with cockroaches and bedbugs, and there was a complete lack of hygiene and cleanliness. It was so bad that I had no choice but to sleep on the floor. This situation was not only uncomfortable but also a serious health concern. I expected better quality and cleanliness from a hotel listed I request a full refund for this terrible experience and urge you to take appropriate action against the property to ensure other customers do not suffer the same.

The ambience of reception was. Good. But not balconies. 4th floor. The room they offered changed later. The room key was not working. After request opened. But room was not cleaned or changed bed sheets. Again changed room. No hot water for drinking no room boys.

The staff offered room no. 412 and413. But later evng they changed to 405. But while entering key was not working. Later staff came opened the door. But room was not cleaned and bed sheets not changed. On. Request they changed the room. Some confusions. No room boy to call. Need betterment. Hotwatwe was not available to drink

As a traveller i am very dissatisfied about the service. There is no room amenities in the room. Very bad bed comfort w. C cover broken condition very bad cleaning service, find hairs and dust inside the room, have 2 cups and 2 plates inside the room, i assume no-one is using that plates and i find dust in it.

Rooms are very good, kept very neat and clean. Hospitality of staffs also nice. I've not taken any pics, sorry.

The toilet was not clean, and the bed sheets were not fresh and they had dust on them. Everything else was fine.

Best Room in the heart of Kanhangad City. Very Nice Furniture and room with fresh air. The price is littile more high when we comparing to the other stays.

Value for money. Best and better rooms you can get in better price at the heart of kanhangad. Clean rooms and nice interior. The only issue is with one chotta girl who sitting in the reception, she should need to upgrade her mentality. Please inform that lady - don't judge a book by its cover. Thank you
