⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Homestay Experience! I had a wonderful stay here! The home was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The location was perfect — peaceful, yet close to all the main attractions. The food was delicious and made with so much care. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience. Highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a warm and homely atmosphere!

Kudos to MakeMyTrip—great suggestions and super-quick support. A small check-in hiccup (host was out for lunch) was resolved in ~5 minutes, which kept our trip smooth. Coming to Bhavasangama: I initially thought it was inside the city and might be noisy, but it’s actually away from the crowd. From here you get both city lights on one side and calm mountain views on the other. The villa itself is beautifully done—fully furnished, rich interiors, and honestly gave us a more “luxury” feel than many 5-star rooms. We were the only guests during our dates, so it felt like our own private home with positive vibes throughout. Sachin looked after us wonderfully. Dinner was excellent—we even requested a mutton dish; it took time but was cooked fresh and tasted amazing. Breakfast (complimentary) was equally good. Food prices for the night order felt a bit on the higher side, but the quality made up for it. Overall, a fantastic stay—solid 5/5 from us.

I saw the positive reviews and took the stay here. However, I don't know how it has been to others, below are my experiences Pros: 1. If you call the owner he will respond to you. 2. The stay is located inside the city. Cons: 1. Do check the room is clean and bedsheets are changed. Our room didn't even change the bedsheets and did not even clean the room, even the garbage baskets were left with the previous stay. After I asked them to clean, they cleaned and changed the bedsheets and gave the room. 2. They don't even provide basic things like handwash in washrooms. We should even ask things like towels or any basic things then only they will provide. Overall my experience they feel like they will stay, if they want after they ask then we will do. I don't know how it was before,when u check in the caretaker was a small boy who is not mature enough.

Room has no ventilation, it’s suffocating. Found small cockroach on the bed and washroom was untidy. Food was homely and okay Room was not up to the mark - it had no ventilation just a glass with curtains, in some angle it can be viewed from outsiders. Bathroom was not very clean and the bed had tiny cockroaches. Not worth for the price they charged.

Great interiors, well maintenaned property, good food, good facilities, Vinil has been a great host, Top floor inhouse garden was amazing, home stay felt like actual home stay.

Home stay was good. Staffs are very polite and great hospitality. Rooms are very neat. Terrace garden was very beautiful. Very comfortable to stay for families.

It’s a luxurious villa, very well maintained, calm and peaceful place. Hospitality is too good. Im in love with their garden. They will guide you in what all places to visit. Terrace is amazing. Malnad chicken and akki roti is yummy.

Our stay at bhavasangama was relaxing and pleasant. It’s a beautiful property with calming vibes. Rooms are good and clean. Hygiene is maintained all over the house. Manager vinal and the caretakers were polite, kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.
