It's lush green surrounding with staying in nature with 5 star amenities with spaciour s room, clean utensils with linen. Swimming pool is clean and hygienic ...My kids enjoyed a lot...Clean and wide path for bicycle riding...Delicious food of all kind of variety with live counter satisfied our tummy....Game room has lots of options to engage people...Warm welcoming with sweet gesture of all staff...

location too good , room staff also well trained, small suggestion they should follow strictly your package deal, as welcome drink was included it was not given . also jungle ride was also not offered which was clearly mentioned in you booking voucher. although overall stay was good. thnx

Hi thanks for asking Property was really good but there was lack of activities to do If you want to go and just relax than its perfect for you but if you like adventures than there's not much to do..food was really good and breakfast was too level i really enjoyed it..rooms were also clean and service was on call ..so overall I really enjoyed my stay..thank you

The rooms were damp, sheets were stained and the washroom stinked. Given the brand this both could have been better. We have stayed at other Fern properties and they were a lot better. Thus overall the experience was average

The staff was polite however the services were lethargic. The room service takes 30 minutes + for giving water to the room. The rooms were hygienic and the view was really good. However, our room had a faulty main door which took real effort to close. The pool is clean, however changing rooms are unavailable. The game room was congested and the attendant was overwhelmed attending all the guests. The food is not worth the price. The lunch and dinner were average at best. However, we enjoyed breakfast. We paid 12k + GST per night with food extra, which in my humble opinion is not worth it. A The staff was polite however the services were lethargic.
