Review Of Bhadrawati A riverside Lodge Ranthambhore

Nice and memorable stay in my life. Mr. Singh the owner of the hotel is such a nice person can't feel us we are outside of our home.

Its good and peaceful place and very good for holiday packages.

The hotel is excellent, great service and great food. Owner is a wonderful host. Just adjacent to River Chambal on its bank.

Location, food and service everything was good

Location is remote. Almost 30-35 kms from main city where Ranthambore safari booking is there and other prominent hotels are located. But the location is awesome. In the heart of nature and near the river bank. We enjoyed the evening breeze and tranquility and sitting on the river bank. A nearby attraction is crocodile safari, which although expensive was a nice experience and we got to see the crocodiles from a close range. Tents were neat and clean with all amenities. The best part of our stay was the hospitality. The staff at the site care for you just like a family. The food was customized to our taste and the tea and snacks were also delivered as per our requirements. They were considerate enough to pack food for my child (without us asking) both when we were leaving for safari and back for our home. Lastly, a special mention of the owner. There was a minor communication gap from MMT when we arrived, but as soon as the owner got to know it, he made sure that all arrangements are done fast and that we are not inconvenienced. The owner is a thorough gentleman and personally ensures that you have a pleasant stay. A big thank you to the owner and all the staff of the property.

The resort is far away from tiger Safari and the roads are pathetic. Dont expect food here

Hotel is far away 39 kilometers from Ranthambore Safari gate and Road is also very bad. Other wise I really enjoy my stay. Room hotel view food service is too good. I would like to stay once again in near future.

Well staff members and take care of guests very well. Food is awesome. No TV but you can't feel bore because of it's location, just at the bank of Chambal river. Highly recommended.

The location of the place is wonderful. The staff was very cordial and helpful and we had a very nice new year night in the camp. Owner was very friendly and food quality was good. Sitting besides the river Cambial was very serine. I suggest if you want to relax in a peaceful environment you must visit this place.

It was a very pleasant stay for the family. I stayed there for 2 nights and the place is beautiful. The entire staff is very pleasant and helpful at any point of time. The place is good if you want to de-stress.

It was awesome. Owner was very friendly. Home stay kind of care, Wildlife adventure, Good quality food on reasonable rates, on request Pick and drop facility from railway station. Overall it was a great experience.

We had a wonderful experience with children. This is a non commercial lodge with total personal touch by the owner Ravicharan Singh who played an excellent host.. Kids enjoyed the stay thoroughly. . Food is homely and tasty. Outdoor activities available. And visit to crocodile sanctuary was arranged by the hotel which was good. We stayed for two nights and was absolutely comfortable. Recommendable for a relaxed holiday without TV and Wi-Fi. Cambial river facing view is simply too good!!!

Best: The owner will not let you feel you're staying in a resort. Very amicable. Location is tough to reach, but that's the fun part. Home food, exotic gravies, served right at your convenience. It's not like a regular resort. Only 12 rooms. We were the only people there are that time. Located on river banks. So it's tough to reach with the road practically non existent for a stretch of 11-12 km of you're coming from Sawai Madhopur. Most fun part was the crocodile safari on the river adjacent.

The rooms were basically Swiss tents with all the amenities needed for a comfort stay Including emergency light in case of powers failure, however it was backed by solar power. Location is best on the Cambial river, you can clearly hear the sound of flowing water. Palghat nation crocodile century is nearby and you can locate crocs even from the resort using a binocular. Very homely atmosphere and the owner personally takes care of the comfort of every guest. My advice is to carry your own booze if you are likely to have because it is so off-road that you can not find anything 3-5 kms nearby. Also plan for a minimum of 2 days or more to enjoy the stay fully.

Let me start by saying that Bhadrawati Lodge is not for those whose complete focus is Tiger Safari. This is an hours drive from the Tiger Sanctuary & suits those who want to relax & enjoy the nature. Bhadrawati Lodge faces the Cambial river & gives a fantastic view from many spots at the resort including the dining area. One can walk down to the river & also spot crocs & gharials swimming. There is a rapid 1 km down the river & one can hear its sound. The owner Raghuraj Singh plays an excellent host. He provided us unlimited Desi Cow Milk for our kid, butter milk, Tea, Biscuits etc. Lunch/Dinner is chargeable at Rs. 500 per person, is tasty & uses organic vegetables grown at the resort. While leaving we were given bucket loads of local chillies, amla, brinjal, capsicum, cherry tomatoes all complimentary. One can carry own drinks & they set up bonfires separately for different groups. The resort gives a very non commercial feel. The facilities are ordinary & like a govt guest house. No intercom in rooms but one can just come out & shout out to the helps:) hot water available through a centralised boiler connected to every tent. The tents are ordinary, have clean bathrooms & solid wood jodhpuri furniture. There is no soundproofing but that will matter only if people around the room make too much noise at late night. Don't miss out on the Boat Safari. One gets to see crocs & gharials from close distance.

It's a bit far from Ranthambore but this place is a holiday in its own! You don't need to go to Ranthambore because anyway you won't see a tiger. It's a beautiful place tucked away in a village with beautiful surroundings of a river. Raghuraj Ji is a great host! He suggested we do a crocodile safari which is nearby and it turned out to be better than the Ranthambhore safari for which we had come so far. (And were very disappointed from the tiger safari... No Tigers. But this place made up for everything :) I would definitely suggest staying here. PS. The road leading to this place is bit difficult but then again it's worth it :-)

We had an amazing stay at this place. One can sit on the banks of river and relax, eat from the plants within the premises, enjoy talking to the host :). The food was good. Only thing I disliked was the noise from accompanying travelers but this is beyond the resorts control.

Excellent resort to chill, play games and relax with family for nature lovers - will definitely be visiting again. The owner Mr Raghuraj singh was a great host -the boat ride in cambial river with crocodiles was a unique experience

This was one of the best vacation we have had in years. Awesome location, fresh air, organic food, amazing hospitality and totally relaxed ambience. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quality, value for money getaway. Superb Experience- will surely visit again.
