Room is as per online, with your words our hotel image will not impact. You booked for one person but you entered with two persons.

1 terrible. I visited the place myself it is an awful lodge. Has indian toilet. Owner has a rude behaviour. So pathetic. Have told all my friends, never to book room at balaji ac deluxe lodge.

The behaviour of owner/manager depends on the behaviour and words spoke by customer. It is clearly mentioned that you have booked a non AC room but torchering the owner for AC room through out your stay. As all the AC rooms are pre booked,we weren't able to provide you an AC room without booking. Thank you for your valuable feedback.

Value for money. But not for family and couples

In vikarabad no of hotels to stay are very less and expensive. This hotel is good for money wise. But with family you can't stay in those old pattern rooms. Bad bathrooms. Especially women don't like that kind of rooms
