Worth stay

Terrible Stay
No maintenance! We have to change 3 rooms there is damaged bathroom and Tv was not working and bed sheets was ugly.

Not Worthful For the Price Paid. Not Worthful paying cost in name of Fern
The washroom was stinking. Not worthful as per the brand like Fern. Mosquitoes were sharing the room without paying charges.

Poor Stay
AC was not working , informed the reception, then when we came back after 3-4 hr still got response let me send maintenance after getting irritated they shifted the room.

family1.At time of check in no welcome drinks provided which was complimentary waith booking despite of asking them multiple times. 2. Rooms are very small from discribed in Image. 3.Breakfast was terrible with very limited option and idlis were even not cooked properly. 4.TV recharge was expired and AC was not functioning properly. 5. Food Quality and Quantity was not upto mark as compared to price.

Will never choose beacon hotels
Location is good, checked in around 5pm - we were notified that the restaurant was operational For Dinner and we placed the order with the wait staff around 6.10pm But the wait staff retuned back from the kitchen and told Us that the kitchen was not ready and the food will be ready only at 7.30pm. Very disappointed with the room, smelly and dusty, there was a toilet roll lying next to the bedroom and a match box by the headrest. The bathroom had an unbearable sewage smell and we were scared to use the bathroom. Toilet bowl had heavy stain and seems like it was not cleaned at all. Due to the above we did not have the comp breakfast as we were concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen
