bad room, smelling, not cleaned well, toilet not good, bedsheets too dirty

Room and restroom was smelly, could be maintained better. Overall the stay was okok

However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the property **only provided a bed and blanket**—no towels were available, The booking page mentioned towels, but the property refused to provide them. - No Resolution from MakeMyTrip or Property Staff: I called MakeMyTrip’s customer care and informed the property staff, but neither took any action. - Basic Facilities Missing: Only a bed and blanket were provided—nothing else. Despite raising the issue, they did nothing to resolve it. - Property Staff Was Uncooperative: They simply ignored my complaint. Avoid This Property & Be Cautious

The room is not worth the bed is really bad and the bathroom pipe is leaking and the water is highly chlorinated we cant even wash our hair

The stay was very nice. Hotel is Very close to the temple. The behavior of the staff was good.

The whole things are not good like any other room rentals, very poor, non hygienic, bad smells, transparent curtains, storage and furniture are below too

Receptionist was rude. Even though i have booked for 7 people they said that its only suit for 4people. Atlas t after so much talk they have given 2 ac double room.

I am not at all happy this time. No facilities such as bed sheet/ blanket, soap, towel, cloth hanger, drinking water & glass etc. Next time i have to cpnsider another company.

Comfortable safe moreover walkable distance to the temple. Food available in ground floor. Rate affordable.

Location is very near to west nada of temple. You just have to step out of west nada, cross the road and you are infront of temple. You have parking facility arranged by hotel. Lift facility is there so you dont have to climb the stairs. There is restaurant inside to have paid food. Hygiene was normal and good. Safety standards are good. Well behaved staffs and polite nature of all. Peaceful environment all the shops nearby. Best price compared to other hotels

Good facility and nice location

The stay was nice and i got a clean and tidy room and amenities. But i was really disappointed that a delay caused me to get the room key on time. The prescribed check in time was at 2pm but i got the room key on a delay by around 40 mins. Overall the stay was nice. Thanks
