The stay was amazing and staff was very helpful and polite. The room was good with all amenities.

The hotel is good, location is excellent and food and security is also good. We faced some of power outages in last 2 days due to storm and weather changes. Otherwise, experience is good.

This hotel is on the road side thereby easy to travel places and also they gave us an executive room instead of the usual deluxe. That's it, nothing else is worth your money here where they lack basic services and they didn't even keep the room ready with basic things like towel, soap, etc when we checked in. Here, I would also like to highlight one more point. much better as I have booked stay twice from there and I've got what's expected both times. I also have one more hotel stay booked via MMT in manali which is terrible too (will review that as well after checking out). So look for better hotel's as they don't even ask for upfront payment .

One of the best stays ever! Hotel Auckland is close to Mall Road, making it super convenient. The rooms are good, and the bathrooms are clean. The terrace garden is lovely. The restaurant serves excellent dishes like Chicken Tikka and Veg Manchurian. Highly recommend this place for its comfort and food

Room was decent but compact with very less space for bathroom Can improve on the quality of food especially Tea for that matter All and all average hotel for emergency stays only

Hotel Auckland is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Mall Road. The rooms are cozy, and the bathrooms are well-kept. The terrace garden is lovely. The restaurant serves mouthwatering dishes like Chicken Pahadi and Dal Makhni. Truly the best caters from Delhi

Room are not very much clean. Any how the stay was good. The location is close to ridge it's on walking distance. Bathrooms were also very conjusted. Toilets were also not properly cleaned. I would rate 3 out of 5. Thanks

No television working food was worst no. Spoon glass plate provided. Bought charged heaters that too was not working rats in the rooms

Rooms are too small without having any parking facility. You have to pay 400 rs per day to private parking owner. Choice of foods are limited while they mention la cart e options during booking.

We had a fantastic experience. The terrace garden was a peaceful Retreat in the morning and we love the easy access to Shimla attractions. The room was cozy, clean and had a lovely view of the mountains.
