Hotel room facilities are not as per our expectation there is no hand wash in bathroom, toilet seat is very poor quality, AC is always need to tell in reception to start on every attempt of visit from outside there is no multiple plug for charging

Great location of the hotel plus very courteous service of staff and people will help you in local ghat darshan and good rooms not that luxurious but in budget is excellent

Air conditioning was not working , No bathing stuff provided , no food services available at hotel , fan was making so much noise while running Ac was not working though it was Ac booked room , no soap towel provided at hotel , difficult to take heavy suitcase upside as no life and fan was making to much noise while working

it's a good wise area as well as service, also it's near Assi and Tulsi Ghat The room is also good with cleaning with average cost

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was impeccably clean, making for a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or requests i had. Their helpfulness truly made my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free getaway!

Room no 24 services is good. But tv not functional. Ac water leakage from wall. Staff behaviour is good. Don't expect good vehicle service from this hotel.

Worsted hotel ever. Geyser was not working, i was daily complaint to owner and also receptionist but every-time they are saying that like arre aayega pani thoda wait kijiye lekin aaj teak pani nah i aaya. Every-time i'm asking about anything like blanket, mattress, etc. I have to tell them repeatedly. I was stay there for 4 days. On last day i request him to change blanket but he is saying bhaiya kali to checkout hai aaj chala lijeya na, and i was paying money for this response. First 2 days owner was guided us, on the first day i already asked to customer that if there is any charges for guide please tell me firstly and he is replied me that no sir there is no charges for guide i'm just helping you for best experience, and after checkout receptionist demanding more money for guide. Never go kashi vishwanath ji temple with hotel person because jo vo log bolt e hain vesha nah i hota, unhone bola tha ki mandir me locker nah i hai but every-time is there inside the temple premises. Auro vo bolenge ki ham-are yaha free lockers hai auro badme bolt e hai ki aapko pooja basket lena padega and i was denied for that to bole ki locker nah i milega. V aha pe unhi logo ke aadmi the bole ki mandir me baht rush hao me aapko 100 rs me darshan karva dung a hamne mana kaya auro jab under gay e to shirf 25 min me darshan ho gay e bilkul rush nah i tha. I'll never recommend this hotel to anyone.

1. Very bad not clean room, no water bottle and soap, no power backup, just ine plug for charging

Hotel room is very small i booked single double bed room ac super deluxe but there was no wardrobe room was clean. I asked the manager to run the ac but he said he will give me the geyser facility but he has run the geyser for a very short time, i have asked him to run the tv many times but he has spent the house yesterday. Hotel k quality ko t hora shi krone k jarurat hai. T hora management ko shi krna padega, kyu ki admi itna dour s jato hai paisa krch k aur uske use k chota chota seaman bhi na mile to ac-ha nhi lagta

Smell was coming in the room, and the lock of the door of the room was not good, even the latch of the bathroom was not working. The cost of milk for child was 45₹ only for 250ml And the behavior of the hotel's receptionist was also not good.

This hotel is located in a street which is hard to find my room was good but the room lock was broken i was unable to lock my room it took 15 minutes to lock the door

Hotel room was well decorated but room service was not upto the mark. And hand wash also missing in toilet. Tv also not working before i make a complain. So it will be better to take care of this things.

Near by assi ghat. Ample of food and conveyance available

The property is inside a dingy backstreet. Apart from the prime location the hotel has nothing going on for it. Can get much better experience at the same price. Only choose this property if you travel-ling as group of pilgrims and wanna stay close to assi ghat.

Tv not held at room, the room and bathroom is very clean, staff behaviour is good

Poor location. Was unable to find the hotel for 30 minutes. The owner tried to charge us more on what was promised. Not at all a good place to stay
