very bad experience, hotel run only 1 staff ,he is also very roudh. and main person also similar.

We traveled during Mahakumbh time and it was very hard to get the room in varanasi that time as city was over crowded.. The rooms were not cleaned and when requested for cleaning they threaten us that if we bother them then they will throw us from the room. There is no arrangement for food, tea and stuff's behaviour is horrible.

So these guys have come up with a new place right behind their petrol station. I think the owner is loaded with money and he just planned on opening a guest house. Let me elaborate just to give you context, there were No toiletries, no Tea bags, no towels, no room service, forget all thay, they did not even provide water on the second day which was the bare minimum. The only good thing about this place was it was a newly built place hence the floors and the bathrooms were nice. Good shower and pots, good rooms. There is no wheelchair access and there are no good restaurants or supermarkets close by to shop for groceries. Lastly, these were the exact lines of the owner when I asked him to provide tea bags as my mum and dad needed their morning tea, he was like "aapko rehna hai to rahiye, warna checkout kar dijiye".

There was no reception at the stay. No facilities were there like drinking water was also not available, they also only gave one towel per room which has never happened before. Also when we came back to the stay at daytime they started drilling right above our room and didn’t stop even after asking them to stop. We were there for 2 days and they didn’t clean the room once. Water bottles which placed in the room before check in were unsealed.

Rooms and washrooms were too good. But management doesn't care about their customers. No waiters are there for the customers. Food facilities were also not available. You have to order food from outside.

Super host, nice property, value for money, spic & span cleanliness. Size of bathroom was a pleasant surprise.
