Our homestay is located in the heart of old Varanasi, with streets approximately 150 meters from the main road, which is typical for this historic area. We ensured your car was parked and assisted you throughout your stay, and you didn’t need to carry any luggage as you were moving to Kolkata with 8 hours of sleep. Additionally, the lack of parking and non-AC rooms was clearly mentioned on our online portal. We regret if this was not adequately highlighted for you. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

We understand your frustration regarding the charges, which you felt were double that of other hotels. We strive to offer competitive pricing, especially during high-demand periods like the Maha Kumbh festival. Our pricing also reflects the unique nature of our property, a heritage home built in 1888 with thick stone and woods, offering a glimpse into the rich history of Varanasi. Regarding breakfast, we sincerely apologize that it was not available during your stay. The unprecedented influx of guests due to the Maha Kumbh festival unfortunately strained our resources and made it temporarily impossible to offer our usual breakfast service. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused. I already communicated this to MMT team leader and also paid breakfast was available just next to our house door you can also got breakfast on call. We are also concerned to hear about the poor services and lack of cooperation you experienced. We understand that the festival rush put a strain on us, but that is no excuse for any lapse in our service standards. "Dear Mithilesh, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration regarding the room availability issue during your stay, especially during the exceptionally busy Maha Kumbh period. We experienced an unprecedented level of bookings during this time, and unfortunately, despite our best efforts, your reserved room was inadvertently booked by another guest through the same platform, MakeMyTrip, so we had offered other guests to stay near by hotel. Due to Mahakhumb the rate was very high to other places of accommodation which I discussed with you.Even I was in loss, I manage with some extra pay from your side. I also offer you other room within premises at 2nd floor with same rate but you were not agree on that .We proactively communicated this issue to MakeMyTrip's team leader, Mr. Nitin, in advance of your arrival to try and prevent any inconvenience. We sincerely apologize for the situation and any inconvenience it may have caused. We understand that this is not the experience you expected, and we regret that we were unable to accommodate you as planned.

For surrounding cleaning on streets local authorities are responsible,now a days due to Mahakhumb fastival there are too much people's coming to Varanasi and our location is just near to famous Kaal Bhairav temple. You will find more cleanse to street your next visit here.

Thank you ma'am for taking time to review our property. Network issue & extra charging point will be resolved within 2/3 days, we will shifted a dedicated wifi extender for no/less coverage areas. Now and onwards we will take extra care about others pointed amenities.
