Overall bad experience, as approach road to property, location, cleanliness was horrible, cockroaches in the kitchen, fumgus marks on the curtains, artificial grass around swimming pool in pathetic condition, leakage from gutter lid , water flowing down the swimming pool area, unclean bathrooms, music noise from attached villas until late night, overall horrible experience

the property was under maintenance thus they offer us alternative villa where no service of hot water was provided

Overall, Our experience was okay. They were cleaning the property at 2 pm but it should have cleaned by 1 which was check in time. Did not answer the calls at night when we wanted to go out but didn’t have keys. Other day he said we don’t allow anyone in pool after 10 as we have cleaned it. Chef started preparing food at 10.30 for next guest but our check out time was 11. Did not like that before our checkout people are coming in and working like this.

The rooms were not upto the mark as shown in images. There were cockroaches in kitchen. The pool was good enough to spend some time.

The service is totally worst The Care Taker Behavior Is totally Rude I suggest plz don't book this villa

The villa is fully broken down, full of dust, unhygienic and bad smells.. even the pool was not clean

Our stay at this villa in Lonavala was unfortunately quite disappointing. While the pictures on the booking looked promising, the actual condition of the villa was far from satisfactory and needs serious attention. Firstly, the villa was poorly maintained – half of the furniture including the sofa, chairs, and bedroom wardrobes were broken. There were leakages in almost every bedroom, making the stay uncomfortable. The bathrooms were not clean and definitely not up to any decent hygiene standards. What made matters worse was the state of the kitchen – we found rotten vegetables inside the fridge and kitchen trolleys, which led to cockroaches roaming around the utensils. This was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. The host was unhelpful and came across as rude, and the caretaker was unavailable when needed. When we requested him to get a few groceries for tea around 5 PM, he refused saying he’s only available till 5 PM – something that wasn’t mentioned anywhere or by the host. He also responded rudely But the most alarming issue was the electric current we felt while using the bathroom taps and flush. When we brought this up, the caretaker brushed it off with an absurd excuse, which was extremely irresponsible and dangerous, especially since we were traveling with family. Overall, I would not recommend this villa to anyone. The lack of maintenance, hygiene, and basic courtesy made it a very unpleasant experience.

Pool is Small, staff is humble
