Convenient location very close to Bus stand. Rooms is very neat eoth latest amenities and value for money. Service of Staff is very good.

Very much near the Bus stand.Good place to stay. If a hot water facility is available that will be an added advantage.

Location is inside narrow lane not easily approachable from main road. Travelled by car. Google map was also confused. It is only a lodge. There is no food facility. Car parking facility is created in the basement of adjacent building. Desk rates are much cheaper compared with on line booking amount

Booked Premium Family Room AC., Pros: 1. Easy Access to Bus Stand (250 mtr walkable for TNSTC Navagraha bus departure ). 2. Room is very spacious, clean and hygienic.Two king size beds available for family stay. Cons: 1.Car Parking not available 2.Horn sound from bus stand distrubing night sleep 3.Room service is very limited

very poor experience. Extreme difficult Car parking. You need to drive through a very narrow streets to reach this hotel. Washrooms are untidy (yellowish tinge over grouting). You can't control AC temp since they don't have AC remotes. You need to waste atleast 3 buckets full of water to get hot water. If u ask for hot drinking water, you must utilise your palms to drink hot water. No refrigerator,no cold water to drink.Bed will do the shake dance. Filthy pillow covers you will die for sure. towels are big tragedy either they don't give or if they give after repeated requests it won't look neat. Telephone landline never works. Either you do a mobile call or walk down to reception.

Bathrooms are smelly. Beds are bad. No ventilation at all. Behind the bus stand, that the only advantage. Far away from temples.

found the property on mmt property's location is difficult to reach staff is not courteous amenities are not good stayed with family for one night. terrible hotel. no cleanliness. not even provided towels. service is pathetic better to avoid this property

the room where I stayed was on the 2nd floor, no room service, no proper response for any questions, they only tend to direct customers . the window glass was broken and the bus horn was fully audible in the room, it felt like I was sleeping on the bus stand platform, such a horrible experience.

Booked family suite room. Two king size beds, sofa, TV, Window AC, Good interior work. We really enjoyed. Worth. Car parking and lift available. No one compelled me to write this. Really satisfied. memorable trip

Room is very dirty. Full of cigarette smell. Bedsheet, Pillow was not cleaned and full of stains. Towels also very dirty. Night manager showed different room that also look same. Day manager replied very arrogant about this. They are not ready to cancel the next days book as well. Send back and this hotel nothing happened finally I vacated and moved to different hotel. Worst experience ever. Not suitable for Single person stay as well.

Had a tidy experience of staying here. Rooms were pretty large and restroom was decent. Only problem being there was some bad foul in the room. Apart from that, it was a good value for money

I never ever seen such a bad experience with the hotel ARK Inn. They have uploaded the fake photos on the App. The room was fully occupied by Mosquito. No Hygiene in the hotel. Service persons are not good. My humble request is kindly remove this hotel name from your App. Otherwise you will secure bad impression from the stayers

property is just behind the bus stand. very big rooms and bathroom. they is no food served in the room. you have to go out of the hotel and eat food from any other restaurants and come back to the hotel.no mosquitos.24hrs hot water facility for bath. I enjoyed the stay.AC and TV also working. I ate my food at SARAVANA BHAVAN restaurant near by busstand. THERE IS NO AUTO RICKSHAW / TAXI FACILITY. you can find the FEW rikshawalla at CHENNAI SILKS main road.HOTEL STAY IS GOODB,( 3STAR )
