Extremely great experience. Spacious & clean rooms. Prompt & supportive staff. super delicious food. best atmosphere with supercool amenities .. would definitely like to be there again .. highly recommended.

I selected this resort after searching it on Google. The place is just beautiful, very well maintained, well kept and the cherry on the cake is the home made style food available in this resort, the lady who cooks is just so nice and she cooks the most humble delicious meal. The food was just awesome, a simple home food. The caretakers are very nice people. Very helpful. I had a super pleasant stay here and will definitely go again. I would also recommend it to my friends. Team Arcadia Thanks for everything!

We had booked this stay considering it to be a Resort but it fell way short of expectations as a Resort. Minimal parking to begin with. The room was extremely basic with simple beds and low quality sheets and towels. The wet bathroom was extremely basic with no separate shower area. The layout is neat and clean but far from any luxury. However the bad part is the check in check out timings. We expect to sleep in during a vacation and have an extended breakfast thru 10 am at the least as is the norm with most resorts. However, here we were literally hounded off the property by 10.30 stating that the room had to be cleant for the next booking. This was in extremely bad taste and definitely a pointer to mark this place as a no-go. They need to change these timings and their approach to guests. This is NOT A RESORT. Will not recommend.

It was a very good experience, staff was courteous, food was homely and tasty, property though small, is done up very well!

A wonderful and clean property just a couple of hours drive from Navi Mumbai for a much needed day break. The pool was clean and the garden is a great place to unwind. It’s a short drive to Awas beach. The caretakers are friendly and accommodative.

Well maintained property. Good location. Greenery all around. Excellent pool. Clean rooms but rooms can be better architectured. Cupboard places in between the Tv and bed. Breakfast had very limited options. Not worth the money when it comes to check out time which is 10 am and breakfast option.

The resort is very good to stay in, the staff was cooperative, and the food was good. Good service. Very green, peace and pleasant environment.

It was a pleasant stay; the resort was cozy yet delightful, brimming with tropical charm. The staff were polite and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. However, the food options were limited, and the resort did not accept last-minute orders. Cleanliness was up to the mark, but the room charges were a tad expensive.

Good service. Neat and clean room. Dinner serving was great. Family enjoyed very much and outside lawn was very beautiful.

Its a small property with 7-8 cottages. The rooms & washrooms are spacious but little average compared to the price. However, the overall property is good and peaceful. Its full of trees and plants, a small but clean swimming pool and a small garden sitting area to spend time with family/friends. Staff is good and helpful, they accommodated early checkin and late checkout both for us. We ordered extra tea and they didnt even charge us for it. Breakfast comprises of home-cooked restrcited menu but good taste & quality. Overall stay was good and we didnt face any issues. Its closeby to the market and mandwa ferry point.

Pros: good to stay with peaceful location. The cottage given to us was spacious. Every cottage has a garden view and in sit out we can relax having food or snacks. Swimming pool was clean also had a good views. Morning breakfast had few options and was tasty. Cons: location is small. No indoor games or kids play area. Price is too high for the given cottage. We payed for one night stay. It is not worth, maximum it can be charged for 5k to 8k.

Property is located near to aw-as beach and mandwa beach. Greenery fills one with a warm and pleasant experience. The hospitality by the staff is great. Kids enjoyed the stay. Real break from the hectic mumbai life.

Pros: clean and green garden, spacious bathroom, spacious room, clean swimming pool, good ambience cons: 1) after 12 midnight there is no way of contacting room-service or house-keeping - when we wanted to settle in finally for sleeping we realised there was only one large blanket for each double-bed, and no covering sheets 2) the hotel staff was too eager to enforce the check-out time of 10 am, and had to call makemytrip customer service to request and get a late check-out of 12 noon which was graciously allowed for 11. 30 am
