Review Of Dolphin House Beach Resort

Room was to small, but location was very good near beach.

It was really disheartening because of the hotel conditions we felt disturbed. Let me start one by one 1) When entered washroom was dirty 2) All four side walls were dirty 3) Tv not working as dish connection bill not paid. 4) Ac you can operate because remote not provided, you have to suffer at 18 degree the default set temperature. 5) Bed condition was pathetic. Wreaked bed. My only request never opt for this place to stay. We paid a lot for each room and what we get, nothing. At least the hotel person should feel that, I should provide proper services for what the customer is paying.

Walkable distance to beach. Nice stay.

The property is very far. The family room that we were provided was very congested. We had 2-night reservation but thought to cancel for a night due to same reason. The hospitality of owner was really good and impressive and he was helpful and understanding. He agreed easily to give us refund for 1 night.

The hotel stay was ok. What is shown in pictures and presented in room are quiet different. Its ok for an overnight stay if no other better options are available.

Value for money, excellent location for Weekend trip.

Food is very nice, staff is very humble and prompt, it's very near to the Beach and located in a peaceful area. The swimming pool isn't clean.

Hotel is ok but not provide more better service

We were 2 couples booked rooms for Weekend. Location is just 2 minutes from Beach. Food was really awesome. Service was also ok. Owner Kaka are so polite and helpful. In whole, it was nice package. Rooms were cleaned but connected to each other therefore laughter noise of other rooms may disturb you. Just one suggestion, keep separate area for people who want to drink at food section. People who don't drink may get disturbed. Had a great time. Will recommend to others also. Thumbs up.

The Resort is approx 1 km away from Nagaon Beach.

This hotel is nearest the beach. Room is clean and staff is frankly I am happy with the rooms.

Sofa cum bed was provided which was making noise on every turn you make on bed. At morning hours, AC was not working, voltage was down. No room service lots of attitude if you discuss about issues and negative review, then they say it does not matter to them with one or two negative reviews. We have given feedback over Google, he mentioned all as lies. Writes to me over whatsapp that to stop childish behavior.

Quite clean and a pretty place. Beach is just a 5 minutes walk. Nagoan beach being the best beach in vicinity gives this place a star. But the best was the food, even the veg food was so tasty which is quite difficult to find in coastal region. Soooooo delicious. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. A budget hotel with best of all. Thanks for a beautiful and a mesmerising stay. Would love to come again.

It is great place to stay with friends or family. The location is good and also rooms are very spacious.

Breakfast and dinner was good.. We were a group of 4.. Since it was a rainy weekend we had to remain indoors.. Though the service is slow.. The family took good care of us.. Beware of the german shepherd.. He is no harm but you need to be dog friendly..

My experience is good as far as location, I have not taken food from hotel so I can't comment on that, the room is clean but the amount they charge is little bit high on that price the food should be included
