The AC IN APARTMENT IS NOT WORKING AND FURNITURE WAS BROKEN AND EVEN THEY DOESN'T EVEN COME FOR CLEANING

Am cheated, i will not recommend anyone to come to this property. Dirty room, broken chair, ac not working, no exact fan in bathroom. Many more to write

the odours were bad like floors were sticky etc etc

PROs: - The room offered what I wanted, quiet and peaceful atmosphere. - ⁠It was very to order food and other groceries online. - ⁠The host Aanshu was very responsive and the housekeeper Surat didi was very helpful. - ⁠Although it is a small room, it gives a good view of the trees from its windows. - ⁠Most of the appliances like the microwave, washing machine and the electric stove were in good working condition. CONs: - The Wi-Fi was not working half of the day. It got fixed only after the host paid the internet bill which should have been done before the guests arrived. - But the main problem, the AC had cobwebs in it and was barely working. The room seemed like it had not been used for many days. - ⁠Saw a cockroach crawling on the kitchen platform. - ⁠The electricity also went off 3 times atleast while I was awake, however, it was the case for whole property and not just this room so cannot blame the host for this.

There was no key and no electricity the next morning

Hi. The stay was amazing. The room, ambiance and the pool were well maintained and neat. The kitchen facility with basic amenities were so useful. Highly recommended.

Affordable with luxury. Liked the stay. Neat n hygienic. No complaints at all. Again if goa trip. Will book the same hotel

I have book the room with ac unfortunately it was not working at all. As i am not used to sleep only in fan it was uncomfortable to me. Rest room & fresh room is upto mark.
