Hospitality & food were good👍 I will like to visit again to this hotel. Only issue is ola uber doesn't work while coming back from lavasa

The hotel is at a convenient place from the main Lavasa city, not more than 10 mins away. Rooms were well maintained and cleaned before our stay. The staff is helping. The restaurant in particular serves delicious food and at a very reasonable price. Most of the food shops in Lavasa city were closed and the ones that were open were very costly and not with much variety, so the restaurant in this hotel was a savior on all senses. Room and view from room was good. Food was good but bit expensive. Found cockroaches inside wardrobe at the time of check out.

I think this place had a great ambience, and sufficient parking. The retreat gives you a great view of lavasa lake and Dam.

The location was pleasant, we tried chinese & Indian food was yummy. One suggestion is that if the WIFI facility they can provide to the guest as there's a network issue. Thank you Priya Mishra

okay for 1 day stay with family. Food is okay, staff is good. they need bit of training but okay for off season stay.

The service was pathetic and in the room they had put used bed sheet and blankets had hair in it we had complimentary breakfast with our stay and in the breakfast there was just tea coffee paratha that’s it and that too so pathetic , even the staff was so rude i would never recommend this hotel for stay to anyone worst experience worst staff worst food and worst service .

Exhaust fan wasn't there in bathroom

This place is at top of the mountain, rooms were clean staff is good n coperative.Owner mr Deepak Vora n manager sudarshan was kind n humble.climate was cool n pleasant . view from the room was amazing since we booked the lake view deluxe room. chair were arranged by the staff to enjoy the balcony view. bathroom was clean. In all the stay was good worth for money.

Nice location.Food was tasty but little salty.Staff are good and cordial.However the Lavasa Township is in dilapidated condition.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great and helpful staff. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
