good property and food was amazing

had a wonderful stay at Anandvan Holiday Home. The rooms were clean and spacious, the food was delicious with good variety, and the location in Wai was peaceful yet accessible. The staff was very polite and helpful, and the overall facilities made the stay very comfortable. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Resort is too good no doubt. But i am concerned about booking from MMT. You guys opt me in to buy extra room when there was no need.

Amazing property. Very clean and neatly maintained. The staff is very friendly. We had Lunch and Breakfast included in our package. The food was awesome. Absolutely no complaints at all. The only issue I faced was the AC in the room was very very noisy. It disturbed the otherwise calm surroundings. Overall a very good stay and would definitely recommend others to visit Anandvan.

Very good hotel and food is also good

Nice place near Wai. A different type of resort, a big campus inside. Staff is very hospitable. Rooms are small equipped with AC. It would have been good to have fans also but due to slanting roofing, it may be difficult. Food was tasty and homely . Automated entry gate is a distinguished feature

Property is nice. The receptionist has poor attitude, ruins the overall experience. Food is not that great, too costly for basic eatables. Overall, an average place.

1. They have given wrong location . Blindly following that lead to reaching an abandoned dangerous area and had to deal there. Please change the location 2. The head side of the bed is attached to the external wall. Then the split unit of AC is fixed exactly on the other side of the wall. That means the AC split unit is next to your head. Then that unit makes noise like a tractor. 3. No external food is allowed inside. At the same time, only breakfast, lunch and dinner are only available inside. Anything else, you must starve. 4. The rules are very strict for guests. But the management and their cronies can sit and publicity drink liquor, no problem. 5. Our room had only one knob lock and it was not working. The door is made of glass. Due to tension related to safety, neither my wife nor myself could not sleep. This is the worst experience we had

excellent location, food quality , amenities & service

I had booked this place for one day with my family. The rooms were clean and had all basic amenities including hot water. The place was very peaceful with a nice view of nature, which makes it extremely suitable for staying with family. You can stay here with friends too. The staff was very polite and helped us with all our queries and needs. One major problem was Wifi connectivity. There was no connectivity inside our rooms; the hotel mentioned that it is available only near the reception area (which does not serve any purpose). nother thing I didn't like was that the food was too costly (I didn't actually order any). However that is subjective, so overall I would rate this hotel excellent and would certainly visit again.

The property is nice, ample space for kids. Breakfast is good, too. But, the dinner arrangements are poor. They charge 500 bucks per head for batata bhaji, chapati, dal rice. Experience at the check-in counter is a hit and miss. Plus, random room pacakages get allotted. We were a group of 4 adults and one toddler. put 3 adults in a room and toddler plus one adult in another far away room. Hotel refused to let us move among us. Making us pay more for a room upgrade. Very bad checkin experience.

I had been to rut u farms multiple times however i decided to stay here this time after looking at few blogs and posts. The place is nice and the people are very helpful. We stayed at gulmohar and it’s a nice cozy cottage overlooking pandavgad! they have swimming pool, pool table, tennis table, badminton and you can definitely enjoy with your group. The dinner was nice and i specifically enjoyed the live counter for chapatis. Piping hot chapatis with great food was definitely worth enjoying. Ample of parking space as well and it wasnt an issue for us. Definitely recommended.

Serene landscape, beautiful views, friendly staff, various types of rooms catered to needs of all...above all the food was unforgettable. we will make Anandvan our permanent choice for vacation.

As a family we enjoyed the stay very much. The hospitality extended was very warm and courteous. The food was amazing and the entire property including the rooms were very neat n clean

Highly recommended for family as well as as couples, friends group etc. suitable for everyone.. fantastic food quality lunch, diner, breakfast superb.. you never forget the test . Good menu. Pet friendly, lush green, big resort including clean swimming pool… I specially loved all food quality and staff behaviour.. love to visit again.

Rooms were ok, not great, washroom could have been cleaner, the whole campus is strangely designed or rather build on adhoc basis, staying is not hassel free, start right from you enter. For team time slot is there, morning between 7 to 8 that too it will not be served at your room or sit out area. Food quality was good, staff are well behaved, dham dam is near by around 4 km. Extra water bottle is costly 40 each bottle, tea is very costly 60 rs for a cup.
