Riverside Inn

No room service available, no intercom in room where we can dial for service, very costly as per service

No tv no room service. Fan was making noise. We have to climb to goto room frequent electricity cut

Bed sheets & room were smelling fungi. Room was clean, bathroom, i felt the wc was not thoroughly cleaned. The fan oscillates and make a lot of noise, papers have been inserted by the staff as temporary fix. The biggest plus here is the restaurant. Amazing food!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner and breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Stay was good as the location was the most perfect one for a staycation. Rooms were clean, however windows were a bit rusty which is understood from the rainy weather. Food was a bit disappointing as we have got the good feedback about the quality and taste but we had pathetic lunch on day 1. Dishes were overpriced and was not up to the mark, even dal was not having any taste. Staff were cooperative and had arranged tables for us to sit in the hall and enjoy family time

The stay was good. Still they have chance to improve in hygiene and availing telephonic contact till the desk. Food was excellent and tasty.

River side inn is good option to stay in koyna, food quality and room cleanliness etc is very good. Very near to all tourist places in koyna

We feel horror stay. There is no room service person. Also there is phone facility available for room service.

Restaurant is good, with good quality food including freshly baked pizzas. The room accommodation is average, only 3-4 rooms available, but at low prices. Considering that it is a roadside inn, the location is good but may not be ideal for families.

The hotel riverside inn at koyna is nice, good pure veg food, good ambience, however we checked in late around 6. 30 pm so could enjoy the ambience much, the toilet needs to be more cleaner was only one con in the entire stay

Tv was not working one day no water non-veg food not available in veg restaurant also very limited food variety was available. No sweet dish available.

Location good and food good but limited in choice, hygiene not so good. Had stained bed linen and smelly bathrooms and cable tv subscription not paid, no wifi, window had no grills and no latches. Free entry for everyone. No receptionist no checking in or checking out. No need for photo identity proof. No room service. Ideal for bachelors to party. No covered parking for guest vehicles. Restaurant has no anti mosquito measures (it is an open restaurant. No complimentary bottles of water on arrival. Water in room kept in plastic jugs with steel glasses. Water from ro plant in restaurant is served unchilled in this summer season or for cold water you have to buy bottled water. This hotel can be made into a nicer experience with all these small amenities. Thanks

No social distancing, stench of drainage outside the room. No internet connectivity at the location. No wifi provision, no power back up (electricity went for hours on both days. Ac tv remote did not work. Non veg food overpriced and quite bad. Staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. They provided a dongle on request. However second night the dongle limit was already exhausted.

Very easy to locate as this property is right on the karad chiplun highway 5 km before koyananagar.
