Food was ok ok, property is not maintained well. Not worth for cost. View is ok. Proper can be maintained well.

No stay at all amruthavana resort cancel-led the booking of mm t because no room available un till now i haven't got my money back & there is no responce regarding this. We shouldn't have trusted mm t vaste of time & money

Resort is at nice location, but the rooms and the facilities are below average. Food is mostly made of maida and not healthy. Resort is under staffed and their coordination ia poor. Food timing is late, unfriendly for children and elders.

Isolated location with no phone reception. No clean bedsheets or towels. Rooms are not soundproof. If you get noisy neighbors it will spoil your sleep. Food was average and was always late. The location is good away from all noise. Nearby steam and waterfall are enjoyable. It seems like this place is preferred by groups rather than families. Staff will arrange campfires for you.

When we booked the "Resort", we were in the assumption that we would be provided with all the facilities of one in a remote location. The pace and surroundings are awesome, but that's all if you are looking forward for only relaxing. The kitchen staff was short-staffed and found it difficult to understand and complete the orders. The kitchen provided only buffet menu. Simple thing like glass and of warm water during dinner or breakfast time was difficult to get by. There is no on call room service. There are no tea and coffee sets or hot water kettle available. The blankets, pillow sets were old and given for the sake of it and not focused on comfort. The people who are running the resort were making an honest effort to get things right but were failing short to be proactive. The staff needs professional training. If you are a person who is enthusiastic about things like camping in tents and trekking but least bothered about comfort that a standard 'Resort' gives you, then this place is for them. Also, requesting the management to keep the premises clean after guests litter the place. It is really an eyesore to wake up to discarded plastic bottles, empty whiskey boxes and food remains of previous night.
