Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner

I was thoroughly disappointed by the hotel's claim to luxury status, as my experience fell far short of expectations. It's likely that they have a misguided understanding of what luxury truly means. Firstly, there's no one to welcome guests, making it feel like a self-service hotel. The rooms were highly underwhelming, to say the least. Not only were they situated underground, but they also lacked even the most basic amenities, such as a dental kit etc. I'd give them one star solely for the view/ location and decent food. Other than that, it's a forgettable experience.

We booked 3 rooms all king sized we recieved 2 twin bed 1 king size 1 room lock broken Ac not working after complaining they change rooms at ram Bagh overall average

The place is nice and clean, similar to what was shown in photos but when we reached there we faced a lot of issues. There was no hot water, even after complaining they didn't fix and didn't inform as well if it will get fixed or not. The communication and the response was too bad and slow. We lost our umbrella too at the hotel. We complained multiple times but the staff didn't apologize or solve the issue. There was no remorse from their end. While the food at the restaurant was good but the service was too slow and bad.

Amazing property. We had a very comfortable stay, the staff is really cordial and the service is excellent. The property itself is really beautiful, and all the spots of Orchha are within 5 kms range. It's just if they can have better arrangements for the drivers, it would be nice, since many of the local UP people travel by road and have the drivers along.

The culturally rich, aesthetically pleasing design of this hotel, along with its very pleasant location, is among its selling points. The staff are very professional and helpful, and the calm ambience of the property adds to the overall serenity of staying in Orchha. The bedroom was very spacious and the bathroom was perfectly adequate. I found the food to be outright overpriced and 'above average' at best in taste and value. All in all, it was a memorable stay and I would strongly recommend it for its charming architecture and the sheer vastness of its open spaces available, be it the humongous terrace with spectacular seating or the multiple lawns brimming with local birds throughout the day. Amar Mahal stood out to me in more ways than one.

Amar mahal palace orcha is very nice place but the swimming pool is very dirty no one is listening to clean the swimming pool. over all its good. food is also good in restaurant in Amar palace.

I have been here 2 times earlier and it’s always an awesome experience. Good food, helpful staff and spacious rooms make your day. Swimming pool needs a little maintenance. The best part is its location with all the attractions nearby.

Hotel AMAR MAHAL is a very nice property located at the heart of Orcha town. Just next to monuments and Ramraja Temple. Hotel is better than original palace. Nice green areas and gardens and modern amenities with trained and gentle helpful staff 24/7. Food is excellent in the while town. One of the best properties in the surroundings.

Amar Mahal, situated on the banks of Betwa river adjacent to Rajaram Darbar, has a very beautiful and royal feeling of grandeur, very beautiful architecture and excellent service.

All was good except there was no driver’s accommodation .they should have provided it .rest all was good

best staff so much appreciated when ever I have time I am going to visit this place really enjoyed.

Hotel was more or less okay, the room was average but what majorly lacked was hospitality. Basic amenities like water were reminded but still it took time or sometime they even forgot. It seemed it is not properly staffed to manage the entire estate.

I would like to say Fantastic 😍. Feel royal Ambience.testy food .Very Co- operative Stay.But we reach morning time .thay take 2-3 hour for early check in. Specious Room.big lawn.But swimming pool need some renovation.
