Excellent sarvice and good staff

PLEASE DON'T GO AS PER THE REVIEWS THE HOTEL AMENITIES WERE REALLY BAD , WE ARE A FAMILY OF DOCTOR'S AND BOTH FAMILY'S WERE TRAVELING ON A BUSINESS CUM LEASURE TRIP WITH OUR CHILDREN, THE STAFF SO RUDE AND NON SUPPORTIVE, THE ROOMS I BOOKED WERE AT A PREMIUM BUT DID NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL, AND HAD TO IMMEDIATELY BOOK ONE HOTEL IN JHANSI FOR THE NIGHT STAY. 1. RUDE AND ARROGANT NON SUPPORTIVE STAFF. 2. THE AMENITIES WERE POOR. 3.ROOMS AS PER THE RATE OF RS.3000 PER ROOM WERE SHABBY. 4. AMBIANCE WAS NOISY AND NOT PEACEFUL 5.TOILETS WERE SHABBY. 6. AVOID THIS PROPERTY AS BETTER PROPERTIES AVAILABLE AT FAR CHEAPER PRICES.

stay is good food is also good and the best thing is the view of betwa river. A place where you spend your time with peace and happiness

Good prosperity with good staff, staff very supportive and peaceful atmosphere, need some maintenance of prosperity like hot water supply, and leakage of washbasin tap, otherwise great experience

Washroom was not cleaned. Many spiders were found roaming inside the washroom. Jale lage hue the. My kids were scared. No cleaning done before checkin in room and washroom. No shoap or shampoo available at washroom. No system for hot water. They started centralized heater system by 8:30 am morning on our request. . The property management is very poor.

Booked the resort rooms, but the resort does not have any fun activities. Every small thing is charged extra and rooms were not as expected.

The arc riverside is a good resort with warm staff. The location, rooms are really good with above average food, but it’s overtly expensive. They have zip line and mt b track kind adventure things, which are really stress relieving. Staff is really helpful and takes really great care. But rooms are demanded a really high price. Otherwise a good resort to stay.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed. Dirty, electric shock in bathroom door and kettle, no hot water in shower, very costly.

Set in quiet surroundings with a view of the river betwa it is a small and quaint place to escape to. We didn't use the zipline or atv but it's there. The staff was very polite and helpful

Good location and peaceful atmosphere. Riverside morning walk is good and evening barbeque too. Little away from town but with own vehicle it's manageable.

The location was the standout feature of my stay. Having experienced many of the top properties in orchha, i was pleasantly surprised to discover this hidden gem. Nestled in a serene spot amid-st nature, it offers stunning views of the river that truly elevate the experience. Despite its peaceful seclusion, all the major attractions of orchha and the railway station are just a quick 5-minute drive away, making it both tranquil and convenient. A perfect blend of natural beauty and accessibility!

Fantastic, beautiful location, betwa river is just nearby. 4 km away from raja ram temple. Everything is good, polite staff. They have adventure sports facilities. Food quality very good.

Stay was excellent enjoyed a lot with my family. Location is near betwa river. Very peaceful. Kids loved their adventure activities especially zip-line and riverside trek. Staff is very courteous, humble and helpful. Special thanks to mr arpan for organizing candle light dinner for us. Will surely visit this place again.

Positives: - welcoming, helpful and eager to assist staff. - easy and quick check in. - good location overseeing the betwa river at a distance. - 15 mins before the ram raja mandir. Improvement areas "for the management: - the bathroom of cottage where i stayed was small, could be cleaner with an exhaust fan. - it was tricky to find the electric switches. - room was under equipped with no hangers in the cupboard and water glasses. - there was something wrong with the bed sheets - possibly excess chemicals used for wash. - staff could be trained better especially on speediness when required. - processes to maintain quality seem missing.

Its a terrible and s carry experience, there was no light and generator duw to rain, the hotel is in isolated place offroad near to jungle. Mid of the night s carry sounds on roof n in balcony n no electricity. Bathrooms are so small one cant even turn around n suffocating so are the room if no electricity no ventilation. Not worth the price. Food so so

Staff is good ,, food was good but on the name of Swiss cottage it was worst,,so small toilets and showers space even normal body person can't move freely,,tent was in sagging loose condition,, facilities in tent was not upto the mark of charges,,it needs lot's of improvement

Orchha has lots of good resorts n hotels, yet this one stands out with its captivating forest camp ambiance. The location and views from the hotel are simply splendid. The accommodations and lodging facilities are top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay. Moreover, the expansive and well-maintained garden and shooting range add to the charm of this place. It's highly recommended to experience the delightful stay here.

Location & the property is very good for family to relax, enjoy with peaceful stay. Reception guy & other staff was very helpful. Food was also very delicious. Lavish & green property having glass house, swiss tents, shooting range, cycling etc.
