It looks big & spacious in their pics but it is actually very cramped. Pros- good quality rooms and staff, excellent kumaoni food. Cons- no car parking, quite a lot of stairs, no lobby or sit-in area. They have only 4 rooms and very limited food options. It is in a secluded place so one needs to inform about food well in advance. I booked one room with 2 bedrooms (1 bed in each) but instead they gave me 2 separate rooms with 1 bed in each instead of a suite type of a room. Nobody wanted to sleep alone so we ended up requesting for an extra bed in 1 room. This means that we paid almost double for an extra room that we didn’t need. They asked us to park the car on the road as they don’t have a car park but then they arranged for a shed to park our car when i raised the concern with mm t customer care. The view from the room isn’t great and they don’t have a big garden or sit-in area so there was nothing much to do except remaining confided in the rooms. We had done a 2 night booking but due to the above issues, we checked out after staying just one night. The hotel management and mm t were gracious enough to refund us the money for the remaining night. The caretakers and chef were nice and humble people.

I have had a horrible experience This property not at all deservesmFood of this property is horrible. The ac doesn't work. And by god forbid if you are hungry in between your meals, they will ask you that they don't serve snacks and will ask you to go outside to eat. They don't even have a small garden to sit. 70% of the property is a private and entry is restricted for guest.
