We stayed at Saffron Stays for 2 days in Oct-25. The property is excellent and very well maintained. The support staff is very courteous and above all the food is delicious. Look forward to coming back here again soon.

Food was good. But there were few very basic hygiene missing. Like..we had to get washroom cleaned 3-4 times as it was very dirty after last guests had left. Washroom flush was not working. Water pump noise was very disturbing at night. Party was going on in other balconies even after 12AM . I had asked for blanket change, as it was very dirty which was not entertained saying all blankets are same.

There was a medical emergency we couldnt go, but make my trip and saffron edelweiss were not ready to help and accommodate for date change and refund. Worst service ever

One of the most enjoyable stay of our life. The villa was very well equipped and nicely maintained and it was well decorated with mix of antique and modern furniture and fixtures. Food was prepared by chef surendra and it was very good in taste and reasonably priced. All the staff particularly the care taker bhupendra were very polite and helpful. The most important part was serene view of majestic nanda devi peak from bedroom and lush green valley. The property is away from typical hustle bustle of typical hill stays. Special thanks to prateek for accommodating all our requests. It will be our most memorable trip !

I would rate this stay the least of all the saffron stays i had so far across the country. Great location, awesome food. Decent clean rooms. The care taker needs bit of training to handle customers. Wifi never worked as long as we were there. Still it is hard to believe the resort took refundable deposit of 5k! this shows lack of trust with the customers which i am sure will show up somewhere in the service and the way they treat their customers. Shame! overall ordinary stay.
