Food restaurant full of houseflies , very dirty and unhygienic ambience. Rooms were good though. Staff was confused, but courteous

stay is good but wifi service is unavailable but in MMT it clearly mentioned about wifi service. Hygiene in restaurant is not good

property location, hospitality was very good. Owner is a lady and she is just excellent. we had a issue with room and within 5 minutes she resolved it. Very humble, down to earth .Services were also good . Upstair rooms have nice view. overall we are satisfied.

the room was very clean. good location, food was good. staff was very careful. the hotel is located on sarahan road. hotel surrounded by apple orchards. you can visit bhimakali temple which is 9 from the hotel.

Property location is nice, rooms are spacious & well maintained. Owner is also very polite & asked if we have any problem during our stay. As there are not many options for stay in that area, this place is very budget friendly & clean as the property is newly constructed.

The staff is not very keen to entertain guest, room are small and smelly, bathrooms are ok types no toiletries provided.

Great room with fantastic view with balcony in a very quiet location only 5 or so kilometres above the busy main roads, well worth the short detour. Food was bought in but was vey nice, an active restaurant would be great. Manager and what seemed to be the single staff member very keen to please. Really should be busier as it was a great stay at a great price.

Property was good and road head, well maintained, staff was courteous and helpful. We liked the stay and enjoyed the view. The food is great, specially the tea was far better then we got anywhere else. Kudos to the team. Only thing is that online it shows 2. 6 km from bhima kali temple but actually it is around 9 to 10 km far off which might create a confusion in finding it. Rest all was good.

We booked this hotel as the location was midway between sangla & kufri. We were tired and hungry. After checking in, we found the toilet wasn't clean. The manager found nobody to clean and asked us to move to next floor which we did. The food was partially cooked, hard and tasteless. We learned from the manager that he was to order peas, tomatoes and other veggies as they didn't havd them. At night, around 1. 00 am, we heard loud noises. Some people were served alcohol and they were out of control. It was scary in middle of the night with no other guests in the hotel. We were left to defend ourselves if things went down further. Hotel was left to be managed by an inexperienced young guy with no staff. We learn t our lesson.
