First of all I reached the destination early in the morning. The owner had no problem with that and no extra money was charged for early check in. Both owner and caretaker were friendly. Room was clean and bathroom was spacious. So I liked it very much.

Had a wonderful stay at ALPANEST Homestay in Guwahati — peaceful, well-maintained, and beautifully managed. The hospitality was top-notch, making us feel truly at home. Special thanks to Mr. Pankaj Sarma and Mrs. Alphana Sarma for their warm care and attention to every detail. Their personal touch made all the difference. Very pleasant stay. Booked for IPL night RR vs CSK. The caretaker arranged a Auto to go to the stadium. After watching MS Dhoni live, we had arrived around 1am at night, but the caretaker had no issue for late arrival. Room and bathroom was very clean. Overall 5Star

The rooms and the bathroom were clean. The host is polite. The caretaker mr sankhar is always ready to help you with food and other errands. The dining area is spacious and clean. True value for money.

Great location, really pleasant neat and tidy rooms, but the owners and other staff make this homestay pretty warm and homely. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous. This was one of the nicest places i stayed in with good home-cooked food that too within budget.

The owner mr pankaj sharma and his help me kamal had great attitude and paid attention to details. Did not leave any stone unturned to make you feel that you are really at home. 3 star hotel amenities with the approach of home stay has made this place unique.
