AC not working, RO watar with lots of mosquito, bedsheet and blanket cover oil spots main problem is electricity at night every hour is shutdown for 15 minutes whole night is painful becoz of electricity problem in hot summer

Dear Valued customer, We apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay, including the AC not working optimally, the presence of mosquitoes despite our provision of repellent, and the oil spots on the bedsheet and blanket which we rectified by changing the linens. We also provided mineral water for your comfort. However, the primary concern mentioned was the electricity shutdown every hour at night. We had informed you about the MCB system and the procedure to follow in case of a power outage during check-in. Unfortunately, it appears that this information may not have been noted, leading to the inconvenience. We would like to clarify that the extreme outside temperature of 48 degrees did impact the AC's performance initially, but it improved as the temperature cooled down after sunset. We regret that despite our efforts to provide a comfortable stay, the issues you faced, particularly with electricity, caused discomfort. We also want to mention that the guest's was drunked upon arrival may have contributed to the oversight regarding the MCB instructions. We appreciate your feedback and will strive to improve our services. Thank you for your stay with us.
