I traveled from Delhi to Dehradun on March 22, 2025, and reached Hotel Abhinandan around 6 AM. As soon as I entered, the staff rudely asked, "Why are you coming inside?"โa shocking and unwelcoming start to my stay. When I informed them that I had a booking, they took 10 minutes just to confirm it.
I politely asked if I could use the bathroom, but they bluntly replied that all rooms were booked, showing no concern for guests' basic needs. Their behavior was consistently rude and dismissive, as if they were doing a favor by letting guests stay.
Since we had no choice, we went outside and waited until 12 PM for check-in. Upon entering the room, we realized that the toilet was not as shown To make things worse, they provided only one towel despite our request for two, and when we asked, they said it would be arranged by tomorrow morning!
Things got even worse when we requested toilet paper, and their response was, "We donโt have it." This is unacceptable serviceโbasic hygiene essentials were missing, and the staff simply didn't care.
This was by far the worst hospitality experience I have ever faced. The staff lacks professionalism and basic courtesy. The manager, Jagdeep, was equally indifferent and unhelpful.
I strongly request blacklist this hotel to save future travelers from this nightmare. This place does not respect customers and is not worth booking at all.
