Thank you for your valuable feedback. We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay, particularly regarding the single cots, food quality, and the unavailability of the spa. We understand that couples often prefer larger beds, but in your case the rooms are allotted to you according to the bookings which we have received from you i.e Premier twin room (rooms with twin bed). We are also actively working on improving the food quality and will ensure a better dining experience for our guests. Finally, we are very sorry that the spa was closed during your visit; we are working to resolve the issues and hope to have it operational soon.
