I was transiting thru port blair so booked this hotel close to the airport. During my 1 night stay, i noticed that the water supply to the bathroom stopped. When i complained, nobody came to fix it for about 3 hours. After 9pm, there is nobody on the reception to take your call. So after making a lot of noise, when i got attention of their staff, they came and checked water supply in my room. It was indeed faulty. They changed my room. And in the morning, there was again no water supply in the bathroom of the new room (though restored after some time. Thankfully i had to stay here for only one night. I posted a negative review on google, to which the hotel staff insisted on changing it. Sorry, i won’t do so. If you cannot address your customer’s genuine issue then the customer has every right to voice his concern.
