Poor Stay
Very bad service...the room was not properly cleaned and the washbasin in the bathroom had a leak..the bedsheets in the bed torn and no towels and sanitary in the bathroom...the staffs didn't show the basic courtesy to even help us carry the luggage

Terrible Stay
Uncleanliness in room, bad smell and for everything as a basic needs you should call reception they will ask to call someone else. Not worth for money. Same area pothigai place 24% on what i spend here. But I received better hospitality there. Food timing not maintained. Overall terrible experience not recommended

Rooms and toilets were not clean. spiderwebs in toilets and cockroaches in rooms. Would expect it to be more cleaner. Poor service from the hotel. Single digit people working for such a big hotel. 900 for a extra bed per night is terrible.. i am just happy with the complimentary breakfast. Poor customer service..need to call 4 to 5 times..but you won't get anything till you walkin to reception..worst food at very high cost.. lunch buffet..ac not working..tv not recharged..for every single thing we need to call multiple times..if you are happy to adjust the above please try to stay here ..all the very best

Worst stay ...no proper response from staff.. need to call them 4 to 5 times and then we need to walk in to reception to get things done ..worst food with high cost .. please check price before ordering..no proper room service.. please stay here only if you are happy to adjust the above issues

Poor Stay
Room was spacious but heath faucet was leaking, water heater was not working. The reception desk never attends calls. But the bell boys were very helpful. There is absolute zero mobile network and the wifi of the hotel barely gives you any range. Breakfast was okay. Not fancy yet filling and good. Cant call it very tasty. But it was good. Very close to 5 falls. Ample parking space and nice property but average maintenance. Definitely a better option if yoj are going as a family

Terrible Stay
Very poor service. The receptionist said breakfast will be ready by 7:30 am while checking in but when we arrived for breakfast we were informed it will start by 8:30 am only. The receptionist will be talking so much rules and will ask for marriage certificate also but he will not follow any rules.

Natural place to stay.Food is good taste. location near 5falls. facilities is upto mark.wheelchair assessment. Life, parking is available.small park in side the campus for kids. early morning coffee in the balcony seeing natural is good feelings. Photo shoot we can keep inside permit.
