We stayed here for two nights we were four of us so the two bedroom apartment a2 was perfect for us. The apt was neat and clean with basic amenities provided, the self check in was smooth. However, as we began our stay we discovered multiple things which needed improvement & that is when we realised that the apt is not well maintained. Below listed is our experience 1. There were cob webs in certain areas of the house, we spotted a lizard inside the kitchen as well. The dish wash liquid was not sufficient to clean the utensils, though they have cutlery and an microwave and an induction cooktop. 2. The lock of the main door is funny, we were stranded out for almost 15 min struggling to open the door on the 2nd day of our stay. 3. The balcony door of the living room does not close properly, there is huge gap between the doors, which is where we assume the lizard and the other insects to have come in. 4. The washrooms were kept clean, however the plumbing needs some repairs and maintaining as there was a weird smell every time we used the flush. Also, the water from the tap in the washrooms seemed a bit yellowish. there was no geyser. Upon inquiring with the care taker, he mentioned the problem is in almost all buildings in the area and since it's monsoons there is no hot water as it is solar operated 3. Don't expect to feel comfortable in the living room, there is no ac and even though there are 3 fans the room will still feel warm, reason - the kitchen of the restaurant below (delhi darbar) is right below the living room as the apartment is on the foes t floor. 4. We saw mosquitoes, bugs on the second day of our stay, but we can excuse this as it was monsoons and the gap between the living room doors could be a reason for them to enter inside. 5. There is no parking space separately for the apartment, you will have to park your vehicle out on the road or if space is available outside the delhi darbar restaurant. Plus points about the property - its in a prime location, where shops, restaurants, super markets are all in walkable distance. The bedrooms were quite cozy, however the ac in one of rh bedrooms wasnt functioning well. If you have a plan for a quick trip and limited days for stay you can go for this property and if you dont mind adjusting with the small hiccups mentioned above. We had to make do as we were there only for two nights but you can easily find a basic hotel at the same price for 4 people
