Room service is very poor. Kitchen is very poor and fun cleaned condition.
Old style manually operated lift. Stops working very regularly.

Don't expect anything. Just go, sleep, and leave. The women in there is very money minded. If you have any problem contacts makemytrip directly. Hotel staff will not listen if you tell then anything. Its in b/w repair Garages.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. No rooms are proper.. In some rooms flush is not working, in some toilet seat is broken. We chose a group traveller room for four people, rooms were not well but they still didn't change our room to two single rooms even just for 3 hours. Water is very unhygienic, I got allergy on my hands, face and legs after bathing. At last never chose this hotel Worst hotel.

Room is not clean. There was a foul smell in the room. Even there is constant sound of ventilation window because of birds. Even the kitchen is not hygiene going by the looks. I didn't order anything from them looking at it. I felt that life is not that safe.

Very good hotel in this price range. Location is also good. Location of the hotel is almost center of Agra fort and Agra cantt railway station. Distance from Jamaal is around 4 km. And from Agra cantt is 3 km.

Staff co operative, bathroom very dirty, meal average, torn and very old blanket, bedsheets, pillows, light points not maintained. AC not working, customer who book online are to get worse room .. Very uneasy stay.

Hotel teams are very cooperative and stay was really awesome. Will like to stay again if I visit Agra again as location and support from team is really very good as team knows how to handle customers in best way.

HOTEL room was good, service also good but cleaning of room point to be improve in future this suggestion of my side other all of facilities are much better. If I will come Agra next visit my first choice.
