pillow and blanket not cleaned, washroom is not attached in room & washroom not cleaned, as per owner he is not changed the room after request, & he said that we have only this room for pure paid customer, so that i had checked out the room after 2-3 hours

Extra payment on hotel demand

Booked from the make my trip but when i visit there reception told me that my booking canceled automatic that ive no idea. They asked me for extra money so i gave them. Staff was very polite. Reception was very good but in the room was not good service. Thee is lots of cockroach around the bed n table. I was told them to clean it but thats not worked. They switched off the ac in every 2-3 hour. I called the reception many times for switched on the ac.

Smelly room. No ventilation in toilet

Very bad we have booked with breakfast but they have not provided breakfast

They took 100 extra as they promise to provide better room, i gave them 200 they still not refund my remaining balance.

Worst in all sense. Can't expect that any apps can do booking on behalf of such a poor, unhygienic, dirty hotel. Anybody can get infected or get ill in this hotel. My suggestion is that stop doing bookings on behalf of this. Customers felt cheated.

Beds and bedsheets are so bad and so much request to change but no one listens and also abusing to MMT for payment delay.

I had very bad experience here. The service is not at all good. Food not serving on time. They are saying Oyo is not giving payment on time that's why they are denying the service. Anyway its not worth and room is very small no proper ventilation. Bathroom vent open to bed room. Not good stay. Not recommended to anyone.

Good for family and just 5 km away from Har Ki Pauri.

The room was filled with lots of insects and was not clean. Although we had requested the staff to clean up the mess but they were also unable to do so. Also the Hotel was located in the outer skirts much away from railways Station.

Got a cold reception, had to ask for every facility and got a second class treatment since the booking was through company and Oyo. The Hotel is nearly 4.5 Kms from the railway Station which added to the misery. Got no help from Oyo customer care in locating the Hotel.

I stayed so many times in this hotel, location is very good nearby Jwalapur station. Complimentry breakfast they are serving is good quality and tasty, but there is no choice and they're not changing the item every day. The staff says it's the management order to serve only Alu Paratha or Veg sandwich. If you stay long you will fed up with the complimentary breakfast.

Location was very convenient. The breakfast they serve good and tasty with sufficient quantity. Choice was limited. You only get aloo paratha or bread. Service was very good. I like to stay in this hotel whenever I visit Haridwar.
The clock placed in the wrong side i.e it is above the head side of the bed. You can't able to see when you woke up. If it replaced in opposite side it will be more helpful to all.

Nice hotel. Cooperative staff. Spacious rooms. Food service can be improved. 24 hr hot water is not available. One has to request management for it to switch on the geyser. Overall a good Hotel. Will not hesitate to stay there again.
