Very unhygienic place. The place is very dirty with stunking water.waste of money.Pl do not visit this hotel.

The service was disgusting...staff dint knew how to on the AC. there was no TV in the room The AC was not working the Fan was not working... spoilt our entire day in check in hence we left the property without staying...Also when we asked the staff to call the manager he said that the manager is sleeping n we cant wake him up...there were ants on the bed. it was all disgusting.. no proper parking to park our vehicle... Disgusting experience.. Never visiting again n recommending this place to anyone.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw from the beautiful beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was lovely, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We were 2 couples and the manager did allowed us to pick any 2 rooms (which was a great gesture) but all the rooms were not as clean and maintained as they appear in pics. Rooms on top floor does not have water pressure in washroom and washrooms on 2nd floor were stinky. The only good part was we booked this property for only 1 night. Considering the cost we paid that experience was ok. Btw: the rooms on the back do provide you with sea view.

It was nice and pleasant stay. Staff were friendly. Everything was good. Location is good and we can reach morjim and man-dream beach in few minutes

The room was dirty with sand and stains all over the bathroom and the towels were used and rooms are small not as shown in pictures. Ac remotes not working and tv had no remote only.

The property is easy to locate right on the main road, The view from the balcony is good. The property is new so the lift is not functional yet. I was in room 302, the tv was not working, the water pressure was low balcony doors are a little hassle to lock.

It’s ok ok not much good. Cleaning does not happen daily. Not met my expectations . If you want to explore Morjim and Arambol beach then only book this hotel

The stay was overall good, had good view of the sea from the balcony, the staff were cooperative and always ready to help

I booked here for 3 nights. On 1st day i got front facing balcony to road side. It was not good but as per my request they upgraded me a backside of a room which was having very beautiful sea view. Big balcony and room was also huge. Staff was very humble and quick. Very important point that there is no mobile signal coming for jio user so in-case you want to contact hotel staff please use whatsapp call from locals.

Very un hygine hotel i ever seen. Every thing in hotel not work i g lock damage, mattress damge etc.

Bathroom was smelling terrible. Lift was not working. No parking. Not the kind of things that you expect after paying 7k!

Looks like we were looted by makemytrip because property not worthy for 32k it is a very average property like hotel decent no lift no restaurant below the average room. Rats dancing on the bed water coming from ac the cost of the hotel for a room should be 2. 5k for room already escalated the same with mmt and they didn't do anything

Worst and terrible experience, washroom was dirty, ac not working, lift was not working. Would not recommend anyone. It was a terrible experience staying in octave roccoo. Ac and lift were not working. Washing and room was not clean. Staffs were not good.

Decent stay, staff was friendly and took care of all the requests that were made. Thank you for the stay
